Anne Pritam

Anne is a partner in the firm’s employment practice. She has advised clients in the life sciences sector for many years, and understands well the HR challenges of this innovative, highly regulated environment, employing some of the world’s brightest scientists.  
 
Anne helps clients with the practical implications of employment law. Her advice always takes account of clients’ unique workplace cultures, and focuses on achieving positive outcomes. Anne has been the trusted adviser to many of her clients for over 10 years.

Her practice encompasses the drafting of employment and consultancy contracts and policies, HR advisory work, litigation in the High Court (e.g. to protect confidential information, enforce restrictions or defend bonus claims); Employment and Employment Appeal Tribunals (defending employee statutory claims); advising on transactional due diligence, warranties and indemnities, and procedures under the transfer of undertakings legislation.

She often advises on employee issues alongside other specialists in the life sciences team (e.g. in relation to data protection, agency terms and regulatory investigations).

She also heads the firm’s UK-inbound immigration practice.
