Nicolas is the managing partner of the Paris office, Nicolas is also a litigation expert, specialised in general commercial and insurance litigation, arbitration and private international law. His expertise covers the various fields of civil and commercial law, including corporate disputes, product liability and contracts for large French and international companies in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences sector.
Nicolas speaks French and English and is a member of the Paris and New York bars.
Nicolas’ life sciences experience includes advising:
- Biocon, India's largest biopharmaceutical company, against a French listed company specialising in cancer medications, on a cross-border product liability dispute.
- Laya Healthcare within the framework of a litigation of claim cover in progress before the High Court of Montauban in connection with compensation for bodily injury.
