Sean is a partner in the firm’s regulatory and investigations practice. He advises a range of clients in connection with all aspects of complex investigations. Sean has advised and represented clients across a number of sectors, including the pharmaceuticals and life sciences sector.
As well as being regularly recognised in the leading legal directories Legal 500 and Chambers, Sean has been included in The Lawyer Magazine’s “Hot 100”. He led the team which won the British Legal Awards litigation and regulatory team of the year for a ground-breaking public law challenge to the SFO.
Sean's life sciences experience includes advising:

- A leading pharmaceutical company required to participate in a high profile Public Inquiry, including in relation to possible judicial review challenges on the grounds of reasonableness and proportionality.
- A global pharmaceutical company regarding a dispute with the PMCPA arising from a complaint concerning how a Prescription Only Medicine was marketed.
